With PDspect Vehicle Inspection Software you have control. You control the forms, the way the report looks, and the items in the dropdowns.

The Forms

The software comes with 5 vehicle inspection forms. You can make changes to the existing forms to create your own, or start from scratch. Here are some of the changes you can make:

  • Add new inspection items
  • Delete inspection items
  • Add new categories
  • Delete existing inspection categories
  • Rename individual lines/categories
  • Rearrange the order of lines/categories
  • Customize the ratings to use the terms you prefer

The Reports

There are many options available to customize the way your final reports look. Here are some them:

  • Add your logo to each page of the report
  • Decide what color notes show up in. You can even make notes automatically show up in different colors based on the severity of the issue!
  • Add a cover page
  • Table of contents
  • Change the category header format
  • Choose from different color schemes to match that of your company
  • Control over all fonts

The Dropdowns

The software comes with hundreds of comments preloaded into dropdown lists. You have complete control over these lists and can:

  • Add new items
  • Remove unwanted items
  • Rearrange the order items appear in the list
